Unko Drill is a series of workbooks for Japanese children. It revolves around a concept: "unko" (poop 💩 ), which is going to be used in each sentence, in order to help you memorize quickly thanks to humor. If it is adequate and really helps to learn, this method will require you to have already assimilated hiragana, katakana, and some basic vocabulary.
The Unko Drill series won the Good Design Award in 2017 and was a bestseller of the same year.
