For most countries, there is a chance that you will have to pay a fee when your package arrives, since we ship from Japan. These fees are not our responsibility and depend on your country. For more information, please check the laws in force in your country.

We sometimes put pre-ordered products on the site. If you place an order with a pre-order product in it, it will be sent to you when we receive the product in question, even if other items in your order are already in stock.
Please be aware that we strive to give the most accurate dates possible for pre-order products, but there may be unforeseen delays or delays from suppliers.
In general, pre-orders cannot be cancelled and payment is made when the product is reserved.

Whenever possible we do our best to get your order out as soon as possible (1 to 2 business days after your order). However, this can sometimes take up to 1 week in some cases so don't worry if you haven't received a confirmation email for your package after a few days.
For items available on order (backorder), you may have to wait up to a dozen days depending on the supplier even if it is usually 2-3 days. Do not hesitate to contact us contact if you want more information.
